A Deposit of £30 per day is required to secure bookings. The deposit will be deducted from the final invoice. The deposit (or part thereof) will be retained to cover cost in the event of breakages or spillages or damage.
Food
There are no cooking facilities within The Training Rooms but there are many restaurants and places to buy sandwiches etc nearby.
Tea/Coffee
Tea, coffee and biscuits are provided within The Training Rooms. The cost is £2.00 per person per day. Numbers attending are required to be notified 48 hours before use.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation will be forfeit of the deposit.
Cancellation within 2 weeks of the booking will result in liability on the hirer’s part to pay half the cost of their booking.
Cancellation within 48 hours will result in the hirer’s part to pay the full cost of the booking
